OVERVIEW.

QUALITY OF LIFE: 4-5/10.

INDUSTRY: Livestock.

ENVIRONMENT: A District of the same approx. size as B.D.D. Georgia. A highly polarized landscape that consists of Farms and Ports, which are small strip-towns of varying levels of modernity. Population of approx. 400,000.

OTHER FEATURES.

SCHEDULING — Unlike other Districts, D10 is much more stable in terms of where family units are assigned. People are moved according to which Farm or Port is in need of hands, which typically only happens due to a drought or a dustbowl.

*DROUGHTS & DUSTBOWLS — An ever-growing and ever-common set of phenomena.

FARMS — Farms are responsible for raising livestock. Livestock is then brought to a Port when it is time for slaughtering.

PORTS — Strip-towns of varying levels of modernity. They primarily deal in butchering and canning. The working conditions are known to be hazardous due to unsafe factory procedures.

*HAZARD PAY & DEATH BENEFITS — A D10 citizens never receives rations or monetary compensation for time off due to an injury. Employees only receive monetary benefits if a family member passes due to hazardous conditions. Bonuses are afforded according to hazardous working conditions, specifically in Port factories.

HEALTHCARE — Healthcare is not subsidized, not even in work-related incidences.

UPRISING — While D10 was one of the District to rebel, their Uprising lasted for a limited period of time (<3 months) and consisted of a decentralized group of rebels across the relatively-large District.
