THE MYTH —

A bastard of his House, Ose was sent away to live in the care of a number of individuals, which only dwindled over time. Death seemed to follow Ose before he met Samael, remaining by his side until his murder. A ferocious warrior on the battlefield, Ose is one of the most recorded Generals in the history of Nephilim. He was not recognized as a member of his House until after the war was over, wherein his father came forth and placed the House signet on his head. Overnight, Ose became the stuff of fantasy and myth, and when Samael died, he was given the title of Duke Regent, presiding over Samael’s progeny and wealth until his children came of age.

Having married Uzza, one would have expected a different outcome for the boy who grew up as a bastard. Fathering no children himself, Ose’s most notable decision was when he dedicated his House to the commonwealth, to all Nephi, and left behind his hoard of wealth. Presently, his House name is used in all legal documentation when referring to the general population or a specific class of peasants. Essentially, Ose made himself of the people, in more ways than one.

THE INCARNATE —

Anaïs Jean Tristán is the second adopted child by Duchess Lucrezia Tristán, Headmistress of the Imperial Academy. An Anthropology scholar, she is most well-known for her polyglotism and the similarities she shares with her mother. Recently, her eldest brother and the child set to inherit the Tristán Duchy was discovered with a man in a less-than-friendly position. Abdicating the throne, Rémy Tristán and his former fiancé, Violetta Williams, left the country for the family's vacation home in Venice.

This comes after a series of controversies for the Nephi House. It was only five years prior that it was discovered that the youngest Tristán was enrolled in a troubled teen camp. Three years ago, REDACTED; referring to Edmund's deadname Tristán was placed in a mental hospital following a nervous breakdown and a series of public infractions. It was only a year prior that the Headmistress herself faces controversy, cutting funding for scholarship students and implementing a series of application prerequesites that were being used to determine Noble blood of the applicant. This is, of course, ironic seeing as her children are adopted.

However, it seems Anaïs Tristán is a shining star for the House. Just this morning, she signed the documents necessary for her mother to declare her as the sole inheritor of the Duchy of Tristán.
